We ordered 6 pizzas there and 5/6 pizzas were completely wrong. So not just a little bit, something completely different. Otherwise we would always be happy but this time they didn't want to take back the pizzas that had not yet started.

Pizza is really badly made and doesn't match the photos. Pizzas are too small in diameter, have a rim that is much too thick and also have a base. Price-performance ratio is outrageous. I had a pizza arugula that seriously baked parma ham with the cheese and then there were a few leaves of arugula on top. Pretty ridiculous for € 10.50. If you want to eat a reasonable pizza, you should go to the Pizza House Franco in Heiligenstadt.
